We keep the tamarind soak for four to five hours. After this, tearing the tamarind will seal its entire pulp (seeds) from the seeds. Then we will filter the tamarind by keeping sieve over a large vessel. Now heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. After roasting cumin, add red chili powder. After cooking of red chilli powder for 15 to 20 seconds, put the tamarind pulp into it. Let it cook till it is boiling continuously. We will stir It to continuously, otherwise it will burst. After boiling, add salt and mix it. When it gets thickened after a while , we will mix jaggery in it.  After mixing jaggery, when the whole jaggery is melted, then we will cook for 2 minutes  on fine flame. Now stop the heat and let it cool down. After cooling, fill it in a jar or bottle. By keeping it in freeze you can eat it for a week.
