Recipe of Mango fruity is very simple. We buy mango fruity from market that contains citric acid. Easily we can prepare at home with mango and sugar, which tastes better then market fruity.  Made this and enjoy summer special drink.

Ingredients of mango maaza

Ingredients for Mango fruity
Ripe mangoes – 2 no. (about 500 – 600 grams)
Raw mangoes – 3 no. (about 300 -350 grams)
Sugar – 400 grams (or according to mango's sourness)

How to make mango fruity slice maaza

Mango slice juice step by step

 Peel the mangoes and raw mangoes and cut them into pieces. In a pan or Kadahi combine the ripe and raw mangoes. Pour half litre water. Just make sure the mangoes immerse in the water. Allow it to cook on medium flame with lid. Once it came to a boil, add sugar in it and mix. Let it cook for three to four minutes and turn off the heat. Let it strain into vessel by put a strainer on it. Keep aside the strained water.  We blend the mango pulp in mixer or blender and then add same into strained water. Mix well your blend pulp and strained water.  Take the strainer over the kadahi to strain the pulp to remove the fibre from the pulp. Check sweetness according your taste and before serving you can also add water as required.  Serve with ice cubes.
