Ingredients to make for Bread Rasmalai -
Full cream milk - half liter
Sugar - 100 grams
Bread Slice - 6
Cashews - 8 to 10
Almond - 8 to 10
Pistachios - 8 to 10
Saffron - 10 to 12 threads
Method of making bread Rasmalai -
Boil the milk in a pan. Keep the milk running continuously with the spoon and scrape the cream on the edges. When the milk becomes thick, add sugar to it and keep cooking. Keep the heat of flame low or high according to you. When the milk begins to thicken, then add pistachio into it and also add saffron (soaked in lukewarm water before). If you like the taste of cardamom, then add a little bit of cardamom powder too. Add half the quantity of cashew nuts and almonds by crushing them. Cook for a minute and close the flame. Let the rasmalai cool down.
By placing bread slices in a plate, with a glass or bowl, we will cut out the middle part of Breads. Arrange these rounded pieces of bread in a plate and put the rasmalai on them. Cover the bread thoroughly with rasmalai. Garnish with leftover dryfruits and enjoy it.
