Potatoes - 3 large size (grate it and clean with water twice or three times)
All purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Egg - two
Cumin - a teaspoon
Salt - according to taste
Red Chilli Powder - One teaspoon
Green Chili - Two, Finely Chopped
Green coriander leaves - finely chopped
Onions - Take a finely chopped
Potato pancake recipe
Heat the pan and pour some oil on it. Heat oil over medium flame. Take a small part from the prepared mixture and make it in a flat shape of medium thickness. Make three to four pancakes at a time on the pan. Fry pancakes from both sides until it is crisp and golden. It can take 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Take out them in a plate and prepare the remaining pancakes in the same way.
Serve hot potato pancakes for breakfast or as a tea breakfast with masala tea.
