One of the easy things you can prepare with potatoes is a pancake. Childrens loves to eat interesting food and potato pancakes are something like that,  they definitely would like. Potato pancakes are very tasty and are right for breakfast. It has a better, flavored flavor and different flavors than other pancakes. Make them yourself, serve with sauce or chutney and enjoy eating. 


Ingredients for Potato Pancake
Potatoes - 3 large size (grate it and clean with water twice or three times)
All purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Egg - two
Cumin - a teaspoon
Salt - according to taste
Red Chilli Powder - One teaspoon
Green Chili - Two, Finely Chopped
Green coriander leaves - finely chopped
Onions - Take a finely chopped





Potato pancake recipe


Filter the potatoes in a sieve, remove the water. Pressing by the palm, remove the entire water and keep it in a big bowl. Break both eggs and add them to the bowl. Now add maida, red chili powder, green chillies, crushed cumin seeds, green coriander leaves and finely chopped onions. Mix the salt according to your taste and mix them all well.


Heat the pan and pour some oil on it. Heat oil over medium flame. Take a small part from the prepared mixture and make it in a flat shape of medium thickness. Make three to four pancakes at a time on the pan. Fry pancakes from both sides until it is crisp and golden. It can take 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Take out them in a plate and prepare the remaining pancakes in the same way.



Serve hot potato pancakes for breakfast or as a tea breakfast with masala tea.
