पनीर टिक्का रेसिपी बिना ओवन और तंदूर के | How to make Paneer Tikka Recipe on Tawa

Making Paneer Tikka recipe at home is funny cooking and you will enjoy this to cook at home.  पनीर टिक्का रेसिपी बिना ओवन और तंदूर के बनाना थोड़ा अलग लगता है, लेकिन जब आप तवा या नॉन स्टिक पैन पर इस पनीर टिक्का रेसिपी वीडियो के अनुसार बनाएंगे तो भी बेहतरीन स्वाद मिलेगा | इस के लिए लगाने वाले सामग्री की सूचि निम्न प्रकार है

Bell peppers – 3 (if available take in colors)
Onion – 1 Medium size
Paneer (Cubed) – 200 grams
Curd – 1 cup
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Tandoori Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 50 gram

Toothpicks – 8 to 10

Instructions
Preparation -  Cut  the bell peppers and onion in cubed Size. Also cut the Paneer in Same cube size of Bell peppers and Onion cubes.
For Marinate :  In a Bowl add one Cup of Curd, ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp of Black pepper powder,  1 tsp of Tandoori masala, ½ tsp of Cumin powder and a tsp of  ginger garlic paste. Mix well and add Salt to taste. Marination for paneer tikka is ready.
 Add Cubed bell pepper and onion into marination and well coat the marination to these. Now add Paneer cubes and gently mix. Cover the bowl and keep this bowl into fridge for 20 minutes.
Cooking - Heat up a Grill Pan/Tawa in medium-high flame. Drizzle over with butter. Place the marinated onions, peppers and paneer, cook till you see the one side is done, after which turn and cook till its done and you see some dark spots. Take the peppers, onions and paneer out.  Clean the Pan or Tawa and repeat same process for remaining marinated bell peppers, onion and paneer.
Serving – Arrange cooked bell peppers, Onion and Paneer cube in alternate after each other to toothpicks or skewer.  Drizzle a tsp of oil in the pan, and Cook  for while the  arranged skewer or toothpick.  Serve Hot!
